UNRISEN QUEEN is a Glam Rock Band that headlined two of the Freddie Mercury´s Memorials in Montreux (Switzerland).
The first time, in 2013 for the memorial called FREDDIE MERCURY´S MEMORIAL DAY in its 11th and last edition. After that show, the band was congratulated by Peter Freestone (Personal Assistant, friend and heir of Freddie), telling them that UNRISEN QUEEN is so brilliant that stands out among the every Queen Cover Band else; and the voice, the closest to the Freddie´s one.
People from all over the world went to the memorial, and confirmed what Peter said; Then, the band was recognized worldwide as
“THE RESURRECTION OF THE VOICE OF
FREDDIE MERCURY”
In 2015, QUEEN PRODUCTIONS Ltd picked up the reins on this event, building something new and bigger, with the purpose of raising funds in favour of the MERCURY PHOENIX TRUST for the fight against Aids. This event was named the
"FREDDIE MERCURY´S BIRTHDAY PARTY”
Unrisen Queen was the chosen band again, for this first edition; their performance and the party raised more than 56.000$.
UNRISEN QUEEN finished that Tour with a concert with the Ö S R M (the symphonic Orchestra of Murcia); a great and long project that was viewed by near of 20.000 spectators around the world in streaming. The band also ending 2015 a released Promo Album with many Queen Hits (live & studio) and a Christmas single (composed by the band) dedicated to the city of Montreux and its Christmas Market (One of the most famous in Europe).
2016 was a year closed at studios composing its own material, the band released a single version Pre- Candidate to represent Spain for the Eurovision Contest 2017, called ROCK IT and released exclusively the full track by TALK RADIO EUROPE, BIG FM, BAY RADIO or BARCELONA CITY FM.
From 2017 to the early 2020 the band was touring until the Worldwide Pandemic Lockdown by Covid 19 desease.
UNRISEN QUEEN finishes “FORKED TONGUE TOUR 2024” the new and renovated show, alternating Queen Hits with some of the songs that will be released on their next studio album. The band backs to Rojales after its 2 Sold Out (2018 & 2022) at Teatro Capitol.
Since 2013, more than 300.000 people have seen UNRISEN QUEEN “Live”.

UNRISEN QUEEN es una banda de Glam Rock que lideró 2 de los últimos homenajes internacionales a Freddie Mercury en Montreux (Suiza).
La primera de ellas fue en la 11ª y última edición del FREDDIE MERCURY´S MEMORIAL DAY (2013). Tras el concierto, Peter Freestone (Consejero, Asistente Personal, Amigo y Heredero de Mercury) felicitó a la banda, calificándola como la voz mas similar a la de Freddie que él había oído desde su fallecimiento. Por lo que se catalogó a la banda como la “RESURRECCIÓN DE LA VOZ DE FREDDIE MERCURY”
En 2015, QUEEN PRODUCTIONS Ltd tomó las riendas de este homenaje mundial, pero dando mayor dimensión al evento, y como propósito la recaudación de fondos para la fundación internacional contra el SIDA que Queen creó en 1992 tras la muerte de Freddie, la llamada MERCURY PHOENIX TRUST.
Unrisen Queen fue de nuevo la banda elegida para liderar la 1ª edición de este homenaje internacional, rebautizado como
FREDDIE MERCURY´S BIRTHDAY PARTY (Casino Barriere, Montreux), ayudando a la recaudación de mas de 56.000$ para la fundación.
UNRISEN QUEEN finalizó la gira 2015 con un concierto en el Auditorio Victor Villegas de M u rc i a con l a ORQUESTA SINFONICA de MURCIA (ÖSRM), el cual fue visto “IN STREAMING” por alrededor de 20.000 personas de todo el Mundo. Además, la banda Ñeditó un Promo-Album con grabaciones en directo y estudio de grandes éxitos de Queen, y de su propio single, una canción de Navidad dedicada al mercado navideño de Montreux (Montreux Noël), unos de los más importantes de toda Europa).
En 2016, la banda se encerró en los estudios para trabajar con su nuevo material propio, del que su single “ROCK IT” fue Pre-Candidato a representar a España en el Festival de Eurovision 2017. Desde 2017 hasta comienzos de 2020 la banda estuvo de gira, cuando la Pandemia de Covid 19 paralizó su tour 10º Aniversario.
UNRISEN QUEEN finaliza: “FORKED TONGUE TOUR 2024” la nueva gira cuyo show, renovado, alternará los grandes éxitos de Queen, con algunos de los temas propios que serán parte de su próximo álbum de estudio. La banda vuelve a Rojales 2 años después, tras sus llenos absolutos (2018 & 2022) en el Teatro Capitol.
